Truliant Opens Fourth Guilford County Location, Plans Fifth
Winston-Salem, N.C. (December 20, 2018) – Truliant Federal Credit Union announced today that it has opened its fourth Member Financial Center location in Guilford County and plans to open a fifth in 2019.
The free-standing branch has three drive-thru lanes – and includes a touchscreen Smart ATM lane. As with all Truliant branches, the new Greensboro location offers free checking, easy access, and a member-owner greeting station.
Led by Manager Aaron Baker, it is located off Bryan Boulevard at 1655 New Garden Road, in the Garden Creek shopping center across from Sheetz. It helps the credit union better serve all members in Greensboro and surrounding areas. Truliant currently has locations at South Elm Eugene Street and Friendly Avenue in Greensboro. It has one location in High Point.
Additionally, the credit union plans to open a fifth Greensboro location at 2504 Battleground Avenue in 2019 to better serve members.
The new branch provides member-owners with the latest in financial products and services while maintaining a focus on the personal attention and convenience. It also features Truliant’s first interactive kiosk terminal, which allows members to watch member testimonials, learn about Truliant’s history, find information about promotions, tutorials, and more. The credit union plans to increase the kiosk’s functionality in 2019 and introduce it at more locations.
The New Garden branch has an updated design reflecting Truliant’s Life Improved brand, eliminating traditional teller lines. Instead, it offers teller pods to provide an enhanced, side-by-side service experience that is more personal.
The location follows the opening of a second branch location in Asheboro in May. It also comes about 18 months after a three-year stretch that saw Truliant add ten new Member Financial Centers in the Charlotte-metro region. The new Greensboro Member Financial Center is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
