Truliant Promotes Beeker to Vice President of Marketing
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (Aug 3, 2022) – Truliant Federal Credit Union has promoted Tricia Beeker to the role of vice president of marketing. Previously, Beeker was the senior director of marketing.
In her new role, Beeker adds oversight of the credit union’s digital marketing and community engagement teams and initiatives, including the Truliant Foundation. She will continue to be responsible for marketing capabilities, including advertising, promotions, insights, public relations, social media, design and department management.
Beeker will also now be responsible for all aspects of marketing across digital platforms including Truliant’s website, email campaigns, digital advertising, and online and mobile banking initiatives. She will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to deliver Truliant’s brand message. Beeker reports to Chris Murray, Chief Member Experience Officer.
“Since joining Truliant, Tricia has elevated our brand by providing key leadership on high profile projects and data-driven initiatives. She successfully navigated the last few years’ complex marketing environment all while continuing to forge new ground,” Truliant’s Murray said. “She is well-equipped to meet any challenge head on. We are excited about her contributions to our senior leadership team.”
Beeker has led new marketing solutions at Truliant, including New Member Intelligent Onboarding and Multi-Loan Preapproval programs. Under her direction, the Credit Union National Association has recognized Truliant’s marketing efforts with multiple awards for the quality of the television, radio, print and digital materials produced.
Beeker came to Truliant from Harland Clarke/Vericast, a leading provider of integrated payment solutions and integrated marketing services. She is also a former corporate director of marketing at Salem One, marketing director for First Community Bank, online merger communications specialist for Wachovia, now Wells Fargo, and marketing strategy vice president for BB&T Corp. Beeker is an East Carolina University graduate.
