Truliant Names Michael Miller Vice President, Payments

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (February 6, 2024) Truliant Federal Credit Union has named Michael Miller to the role of vice president, payments. 

He will lead Truliant’s enterprise card payment strategy and payment transformation, provide strategic vision, oversee execution of the payments program and influence key decisions that impact Truliant and its members. He reports to Chief Digital Officer Jeff Hibbard.

Miller has expertise in areas including program management, benefits and rewards, issuing and acquiring, payment operations, risk and fraud, marketing, and leadership and teamwork. He has led programs to attract and retain customers, overseen the day-to-day operations of a payments department, and helped identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with payments. 

Miller has served in several executive roles related to the payments area. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Credit Cards at the Bank of Hope in Los Angeles, Calif. He is a veteran of the payments industry, with work spanning credit and debit card products, payroll and store value card programs and payment technology.
